As Private Banking Manager, James Rensvold leads a team serving the financial needs of high income clients and helping them plan for the future. With more than 17 years of banking experience, he most recently specialized in helping healthcare professionals as a Licensed Medical Banker. A native of Las Vegas, James holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He has served on Clark High School’s Academy of Finance (AOF) board of directors and was nationally recognized by the National Academy Foundation for his contributions to AOF.

Rich Justiana serves the complex needs of high net-worth and high-income individuals and their families, assisting clients with a full range of personalized financial services. He has worked in the banking industry for over 25 years, the past 20 years in Las Vegas. He most recently served as the private banking manager at a local trust company, where he was the founding member of its private banking division. Justiana is an active member of the Southern Nevada community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada, where he is also an active wish grantor.

Janet Mello has over 22 years of experience that spans wealth management, private banking and insurance, as well as a proven history of success in sales and relationship management working with high net and ultra-high net worth clients. A long-time Northern Nevadan, Mello has been active in the community with service to the Nevada Women’s Fund, including serving as board chairman.

Erica Suciu has been with Nevada State Bank for more than 15 years, holding numerous positions throughout the bank including working in small business lending and managing some of the largest retail branches in the state. Originally from Michigan, Jeff has served high net worth clients at several banks, most recently, the last 11 years serving as vice president, senior private banker at a national financial institution in Las Vegas.A Nevada resident since 2006, Jeff is active in the community as a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, and served on the board of trustees for the Nevada Ballet Theatre and Las Vegas Philharmonic.

In assisting clients and officers of The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank, Tracy Winger ensures that daily transactions meet all standards set up by the bank’s compliance department. She also acts as a liaison between The Private Bank and the operations department of Nevada State Bank. Tracy started her banking career 21 years ago and has served as a branch manager and customer relations manager. This range of experience gives her the background needed to assist the clients of The Private Bank.
Michelle Romo serves as the first point of contact for visitors to The Private Bank, welcoming clients arriving for appointments. With her training in office management and organizational skills, she provides administrative and support services to executives in The Private Bank, handling incoming phone calls, coordinating calendars, helping schedule meetings and preparing reports. Michelle assists with opening new bank accounts and various operations transactions. She also serves as the liaison with vendors and with other lines of business in the bank, such as human resources, purchasing and facilities management.

With more than 25 years of banking experience, Jackie Naughton offers Private Bank clients in Northern Nevada truly high-touch private banking. She helps high net worth individuals and families access a full range of personalized financial services. Jackie uses her wealth of local experience and expertise to assist clients in their day-to-day banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and contacting other departments within the Bank. As a valued team member, Jackie also provides administrative support to her Private Banking colleagues.
