A Personal Administrator

If a client’s estate plan does not currently include a trust, but has a will, the client can name Wealth & Fiduciary Services as a personal representative and/or testamentary trustee. Wealth & Fiduciary Services will gather a client’s assets, settle debts and distribute property to heirs as directed by the client.
